Shipping policy

All orders placed by 5pm EST will ship out the next business day, except for the High Volume Valve Side Mount Kits. Those are made-to-order, so they may take extra time. Tracking details will be emailed. We ship either UPS or USPS. If there is more than a $10 difference in what it costs and what you paid for shipping, I will send you a refund check in the mail.
